Accessibility Statement

Conformance status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our design and testing target. Automated checks and scoped reviews do not establish full-site conformance or compliance with every requirement of eCH-0059, EN 301 549 or applicable accessibility law.

How we tested

Our recorded checks include axe-core scans, keyboard navigation, focus visibility, colour contrast, browser accessibility-tree inspection, text resizing and reflow on selected pages and journeys in English, German and French. The repository contains automated tests and AI-assisted inspections. Their coverage varies by release; they are not an independent human accessibility certification. A Lighthouse score alone does not establish accessibility.

Known limitations

• Testing with people who use assistive technology in daily life remains outstanding. Browser accessibility-tree inspection does not establish how every screen reader will announce or operate the site. We have not recorded an agreed completion date for this user testing.
• On narrow screens, the name of the current page at the end of the breadcrumb trail can be shortened with an ellipsis. The full name appears in the page heading.
• The contact forms and optional risk report sending use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check embedded from Cloudflare. We cannot change its interface, and our own tests do not check it with assistive technology. If the check does not work for you, use the email option shown with the form or write to us directly.
• On very narrow screens, around 320 CSS pixels wide, the security check may be wider than the contact form and require sideways scrolling. We have not yet confirmed with the live Cloudflare widget that the form reflows at that width. If this happens to you, please tell us or use the email option shown with the form.

Technical information

The accessibility of this website relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. The built-in tools use HTML form controls and WAI-ARIA roles. Apart from the Cloudflare security check described above, they do not embed third-party interfaces.
